Vision system
Vision inspection equipment is used for inspecting the can surface defects. Through two or more different function cameras to inspect different parts of the can, inside top, inside middle, inside bottom, outside surface and welding line. It adopts high contrast industrial camera to take the can image, and transmit to the computer through the image acquisition card, and then the image will be judged and analyzed by special image processing software, and finally the bad products will be kicked out accurately by the ejection device.
